The company has been part of the Swedish NIBE Industries Group since 1995 (Business Area Element). With turnover of approximately €4 billion and 17,000 employees, NIBE is listed on the Stockholm Large Cap market. 

International Growth and Technical Expertise 

During more than 60 years of operation, Loval has continuously developed its technical expertise and expanded into new application areas. Today, the company serves industrial customers globally with high-quality heating elements, heat exchangers and complete heating solutions. More than 90% of Loval’s production is exported, with key markets in Scandinavia and mainland Europe.

WE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR A NEW SALES MANAGER 

To succeed in this position, you need to have a strong track record in industrial production or technical B2B sales, with a particularly strong focus on new customer acquisition and business development. Previous experience of independently driving sales of related technical products and solutions is considered a strong advantage. 

New Customer Acquisition and Business Development 

In this role, success is built on your ability to proactively identify, approach and win new customers in international industrial markets. You are motivated by opening new business opportunities, creating long-term customer relationships and expanding Loval’s presence within existing and new market segments. Technical understanding combined with proven solution sales capability, consultative selling skills and experience in project-based sales environments are highly valued. 

Commercial Coordination and Customer Interface 

You will act as a key commercial interface between customers, production and R&D while coordinating customer-related activities across different functions. This requires strong project management skills, commercial drive and the ability to move opportunities systematically from prospecting to long-term partnership. 

Entrepreneurial and Independent Sales Approach 

You are a fearless, self-driven and target-oriented sales professional who enjoys operating independently and taking initiative. You actively seek new opportunities, are energized by customer interaction and thrive in situations where growth must be created through proactive sales work. At the same time, you can build trust-based long-term relationships with customers and partners. 

International Operating Environment 

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and understand how to turn customer needs into commercially successful technical solutions. As our operating environment is highly international, you should be willing to travel and be fluent in both English and Finnish. Additional language skills, especially German and Swedish, are considered an advantage. 

Your way of working is customer-centric, energetic and solution-oriented. You communicate clearly, work effectively with different cultures and nationalities and can create momentum both internally and externally. An important part of the role is also close cooperation with sister companies within the NIBE Group.
