SALES DIRECTOR, NEW BUSINESS
We are seeking an enthusiastic leader with a proven track record in sales and sales management to head our sales team for our international work community. You know the different stages of the B2B sales process and resolutely advance projects yourself. You support and motivate your team in finding solutions for our customers and you happily collaborate across departmental boundaries.
The position requires good interaction and networking skills, perseverance, goal orientation, and the ability to motivate and develop your team. We are looking for an enabler, not a superstar who wants to bask in the limelight. Your attitude is important in securing our customers’ satisfaction and trust. You will contribute to maintaining and developing the work community’s positive atmosphere.

The Sales Director will lead our Finland sales team in the Vallila district of Helsinki in dealing with multilingual communication services. Your team’s customers are a wide range of companies in Finland and abroad. You will also take part in sales work yourself. New customer acquisition as well as offering new services to existing customers are an integral part of your team’s tasks. You have an important role to play in developing the company.
We expect
- a proactive, bold, sales-hungry and systematic approach to leading sales and the team;
- a proven track record in the profitable and customer-oriented growth of B2B solution and service sales over several years;
- the courage to make the decisions necessary to reach targets;
- a solution-seeking and positive approach in a rapidly forward-moving business;
- a university degree appropriate to the task, preferably from the field of commerce; and
- fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English (our official language is English).
We appreciate
- experience in translation and localisation services, a technical background is also an advantage;
- French, Swedish or other diverse language skills; and
- international experience.
