This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset, requiring both independent initiative and team collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bollfilter <\/strong>Nordic has been operating in the Nordic market for over 40 years and is a part of the family own, globally operating filter manufacturer <strong>BOLL &amp; KIRCH<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BOLL &amp; KIRCH<\/strong> provides customized and sustainable industrial filters for a variety of industries worldwide. With over 75 years of experience, our filtration solutions are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 + ISO 14001 + ISO 45001 and recognized by the most important classification societies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our filters are used by our customers globally for machinery, engines and production facility safety, reliability and protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Collaboration:<\/strong> Act as the primary point of contact for <strong>W\u00e4rtsil\u00e4<\/strong>, working closely with their team to develop innovative filtration technology solutions alongside our <strong>R&amp;D department in Germany<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sales &amp; Business Developm<\/strong>e<strong>nt:<\/strong> Engage with both existing and new customers in industries such as paper mills, steel mills, mining, wastewater treatment, marine, and engine manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final order placement, ensuring long-term customer relationships and sustainable business growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to enhance market presence, leveraging <strong>BOLLFILTER Nordic&#8217;s<\/strong> product portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, as well as the international <strong>BOLL &amp; KIRCH<\/strong> network, to optimize customer solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel &amp; Engagement: Travel as needed to customer locations across Finland to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications &amp; Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technical Background: Degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field, with strong knowledge of flow technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in solution-oriented sales within the marine and process industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-Centric Approach: Proven ability to manage key accounts, handle commercial and technical dialogues, and drive sales through value-creating solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication Skills: Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, and English (spoken and written); German is an advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT &amp; Mobility: Proficiency in relevant computer applications; B driver&#8217;s license required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is based in Vaasa or surrounding areas and offers a dynamic work environment with flexibility and responsibility to shape your success.
