You will develop and implement a system of controls for all finance related processes to support the growth of the finance function. You will be providing financial analysis and support to the local MD, Board and Group finance. You are also responsible for financial reporting to the local authorities. You will be reporting to the Head of Finance – Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The appointed actuary is working closely with you monitoring and maintaining company’s solvency position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You will be joining company’s Investment and Risk and Compliance Committee. You will maintain the relationship and act as a contact point for the external auditors and tax consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As the company is growing you will participate and support the on-boarding, integration and on-going management of new acquisitions. With the Group Treasurer you will be developing investment strategy and guidelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Compre is an insurance & reinsurance legacy specialist focused on the acquisition and management of discontinued non-life portfolios, With Operations in Bermuda, Finland, Germany, Malta, Switzerland, the UK in the USA. We have significant experience in all classes of direct and reinsurance business, including property, liability, marine and motor.
