Rohde & Schwarz Finland Oy is looking for a Key Account Manager for the Oulu office, belonging to the Rohde & Schwarz Finland organisation, but also to be a part of the Global Key Account virtual team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Rohde & Schwarz product portfolio and addressable applications for customers – specifically for a key customer. You will contribute to additional business development, strengthening the relationship with the customer, and addressing all business areas with customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for an enthusiastic technical and sales expert who will enhance activity level, improve market share, and create new business development. You are actively working with a technical engineer colleague and with other company stakeholders. The role is very central and important to the company’s business.

We expect from you
- To build and maintain the relationship with key decision makers and customer contacts to ensure a long-term business relationship with a customer and develop business within all addressable fields
- Over 10 years of experience in selling high tech solutions/services
- Experience in addressing customer needs and in operational sales tasks
- Experience working in larger global organisations and virtual teams
- To be solution- and results-oriented
- To be able to communicate fluently in English and Finnish, German would be a bonus
- You are outward-looking, able to operate independently with a good stress tolerance
- You are proactive, strategic, fearless, emphatic and a good communicator
- From your educational background, you are M.SC/B.SC engineer or equivalent
- Beneficial to have experience of working with RF/uW solutions.
