RETAIL OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Your Team
Toyrock Group | Juhlamaailma.fi is a strong, low-hierarchy operational team, which includes store management and group functions. The team possesses solid expertise in finance, marketing, category management, and product knowledge.
Retail Operational Manager’s team to be the driving force in ensuring performance across our seven (7) retail stores in Finland and taking our retail business to the next level and we are going to aggressively lift higher the mount of stores.
Your Responsibilities
As the Retail Operational Manager, you will have operational responsibility for our seven (7) Toyrock Group | Juhlamaailma.fi stores in Finland. Your task is to Build and execute Juhlamaailma next level retail strategy through clear and KPI-driven tasks and objectives, ensure, in close cooperation with the individuals in your organization, the growth and profitability of your team’s revenue.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a high standard of visual merchandising by developing selections and spaces, and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
- Improving sales profitability
- Conducting analytical reviews of the business based on data and driving development
- Actively participating in the purchasing process, monitoring product KPIs, and ensuring a cohesive retail offering
- Ensuring efficient store operations is key to driving sales in close collaboration with your team. You are also responsible for building local social media presence and taking local visibility to the next level
- Leading your team through exemplary action, as well as with good, goal-oriented, and fair leadership
- Implementing retail expansion plans in accordance with the Nordic strategy
- Ensuring a unified consumer experience through close collaboration with our staff regarding action plans, seasonality, etc.

Your Personality
- We expect you to bring great experiences and proven results from retail operations preferably within FMCG and/or conceptual sales.
- Our success is measured through improved shopping experiences and customers ratings through NPS-scores, sales per sqm, basket size and key category development.
We also expect you to bring
- A commercial educational background and strong retail experience in a similar role
- A data-driven mindset and expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, retail operations, inventory/trade management, campaign management, space planning, and sales management
- The ability to work at both strategic and operational levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken – Swedish language skills are considered an advantage
- Proven ability to lead and motivate effective teams
