Wipro Infrastructure Engineering Oy develops, manufactures and markets high-quality hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic components under the Nummi trademark. Our customers are leading European bodybuilders and OEMs, who manufacture cargo handling equipment, mining and forestry machines as well as container hoists. We operate internationally and about 70% of our turnover comes from export. In addition to domestic market our main markets are Scandinavia, Poland, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

We are now looking for a


The Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and sales-related activities for Wipro in Finland, Scandinavia and Europe as well as ensure that the results are in line with the company’s goals and objectives.

You manage sales as well as you drive new customer strategy into action by joint business planning and aftermarket activities with the customers and together with our internal network. You act on daily basis as a primary sales manager, interface to production and R&D and coordinator for all customer activities across different functions in Finland. You participate in joint business planning and budgeting with your team. The Sales Manager is responsible for the own customer sales and aftermarkets in chosen destinations which will be agreed. You are reporting directly to our Sales and Marketing Director in Finland.

You are successful in this role if you have previous B2B sales experience with P&L responsibility with a proven track-record of key account management preferably within vehicle industry or related industries. Previous experience and existing network of working independently with related products is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to overachieve sales goals and targets as a team.

Interpersonal skills are highly valued, as you act with both external and internal stakeholders. You should be able to identify the decision making and organizational layers of the strategic customers. You have analytical skills and follow-up on budgets and forecasts on daily basis. Willingness to travel and attendance in tradeshows and fairs is needed. Fluency in Finnish, English and Swedish is required.

Your personality is international and pragmatic, as you interact with different regions and stakeholders. You have an entrepreneurial strategic mindset with a hands-on-hard-working attitude. You should have strong capability in formulating and successfully executing business planning, as well as “day to day” tasks. You are energic, ambitious and creative, yet humble and willing to explore and learn new. You always strive to deliver the best customer experience.
