Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver the results on a day to day basis, driving growth in Medikumppani
  • To implement and oversee strong recruitment processes to reduce the time to present a candidate to market
  • To oversee the business development and sales for the business, including being involved in ongoing sales activity
  • Monthly reporting to Empresaria on results as well as local market trends, opportunities and threats
  • Build a successful team of consultants and recruiters.  Responsible for recruitment, training, development and ongoing motivation of teams with direct responsibility for all staff
  • Ensuring the successful running of the office and successful achievement of company goals and financial targets in line with the Medikumppani strategy and business plan
  • Participate and oversee all sales activities.  Participate in negotiating and signing contracts and terms of business
  • Ensuring that all job orders that are worked comply with the requirements of a valid order
  • To oversee the preparation of the annual budget and planning process for the office
  • Develop a work culture where everyone is focused on the needs of clients and candidates
  • Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data, trends and metrics
  • Promote the Medikumppani brand in everything you do, being the face of the company


  • Track record of success in the staffing sector, able to demonstrate record of growing revenue and profit of a team/division/business
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent communications/interpersonal skills
  • Ideally degree educated
  • Understanding of the financial accounts of the company (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Self-motivated/proactive/creative thinker
  • Ability to inspire recruitment staff to deliver growth
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
  • Record of managing sales and recruitment teams
  • Proven commercial skills (ability to win clients)
