Tehtävässä vastaat, useiden miljoonien arvoisten teknisen alan hankintojen hankintakategorioista, sekä niiden strategioiden luomisesta, toimeenpanosta ja kehittämisestä. Osallistut voimakkaasti hankinnan prosessien kehittämiseen.

Haussa on innostunut ja rautainen teknisen hankinta-alan osaaja, jolla on hyvä kaupallinen näkemys ja asenne. Hankintaprosessien, -menetelmien ja työkalujen tuntemus on tärkeää. Henkilön on kyettävä neuvottelemaan sopimuksia ja käynnistämään uusia hankintaan liittyviä hankkeita sekä -kartoituksia. Osallistut toiminnan kehittämiseen ja toimit aktiivisesti tuotekehityshankkeissa hankinnan edustajana.

Tehtävässä on kokonaisvastuu merkittävistä hankintakategorioista ja niiden toimittajakentästä. (Esimerkiksi metallirakenteet, koneistukset, ohjauskeskukset). Tehtävään, joka on keskeisessä asemassa yrityksen liiketoiminnassa, liittyy aktiivinen työ yrityksen sisällä laatu tiimin, tuotekehityksen ja operatiivisen toimijoiden kanssa.

Marioff Corporation Oy is looking for a new Sourcing Manager. As a Sourcing Manager, you are primarily responsible for millions of euros worth of technical sourcing and negotiating supply agreements to ensure that the best value for the organisation is being achieved.

Your main responsibilities include sourcing strategy implementation, material productivity improvement, commercial negotiations, managing and executing sourcing projects, ensuring sufficient supplier capacity and supply chain improvements, (areas i.e., Metal Works, Machining, Control Cabinets). Besides working with external suppliers, daily communication with internal stakeholders (Buyers, Supplier Quality, Project Teams and Engineering) is an important part of the job.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ‘steely’ technical sourcing expert who has commercial vision and approach. Knowledge of sourcing processes and -methods is important. This role is very central and important to the company’s business.

To be successful in the role, you should already have a few years of experience in sourcing in a technical field. You should be able to analyse markets, as well as suppliers offering different technical solutions and have an ability to drive projects successfully to completion. Excellent communication skills both in English and Finnish are a requirement, although other languages are also advantageous. Previous experience of working in a multinational environment would be counted to your benefit as well.

We expect from you

• Experience and expertise in Supply Chain Management and Sourcing & Procurement
• Previous experience in sourcing processes, preferably in industry or technology, and we value commercial understanding.
• Technical understanding of areas such as metal structures / welding, machining, and electrical engineering, will be seen to your benefit.
• You have a technical degree (i.e., Engineer / M.Sc. in Tech.) or a commercial degree (i.e., Bachelor / MA) or other acquired practical knowledge in the field.
• Good communication in Finnish and English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Your way of working is self-driven, determined, and persistent.
• Experience in international business negotiations, communication, and cross-functional team skills.
