Elenger’s market entry has been very successful and Elenger currently is the 2nd largest natural gas supplier in Finland. The challenge further is to strengthen Elenger’s position in natural gas market even more and to enter other energy businesses in Finland.

Business Development Manager
Responsibilities
You understand natural gas and general energy market principles in Finland. By mapping market entry opportunities and understanding our advantages, you identify key customer segments and needs. You understand the changing energy market and renewable energy, prospect and follow closely new energy solutions for the future in Finnish market and evaluate industrial customer needs.
You are proactive in sales, prospecting, calculating, and presenting sales and business case proposals, negotiating, and closing sales contracts. Your main objective is to achieve mutually beneficial cooperation with new natural gas customers and to create new business opportunities.
In this position you report to Elenger Oy`s CEO and Elenger group’s head of energy business.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate has experience in selling energy products to business customers (preferably experience in energy product and/or project sales). You have done market research generating new business opportunities and new sales. You have experience in prospecting and following up closely new energy solutions for the future in Finnish market and evaluate industrial customer needs. You are a team player who is proactive in sales, prospecting, calculating, and presenting sales and business case proposals, negotiating, and closing sales contracts. Knowledge of biogas and LNG is an advantage.
As a person you are open-minded, great presenter, and communicator. You have excellent language skills in Finnish and English, both verbal and written.
