
MANAGER TALENT ACQUISITION & RECRUITMENTS
We are now looking for a new colleague to conquer the Nordic countries with us in the field of an
e-commerce-driven omnichannel sporting goods retail business. We need an enthusiastic expert to take care of our global recruitment processes in a growth company and the development of a Nordic employer brand. In addition, you will also take part in other HR-activities. In this role you report to the Group CFO.

What you will do?
- Grow the Nordic team. In your role you are the owner of global recruitment process, and you will develop our global resourcing strategy in accordance with our business needs and run projects to provide expertise, guidance, and solutions in the recruiting process. You master digital tools and techniques to create efficient recruitment processes and secure a digital presence. You support our people, coach, and train them to succeed in recruiting process to ensure an extraordinary employee experience.
- Hands on recruitment. Next to your strategic role, you will be hands-on recruiting in collaboration with our hiring managers in the Nordics in order to find right talent for each role and to ensure your recruiting skills will stay sharp.
- Talent Partnering. Your working day also include identifying suitable candidates and you will build effective and trusting partnerships with vendors and channels in the area of responsibility and develop and implement plans for co-operation with e.g., universities and other key stakeholders.
- Employer branding. You will drive and create our employer brand together with the HR and marketing team and be responsible for developing and strengthening employer brand strategy at Group level.
What we expect from you?
- You are passionate about recruiting and you have an extensive experience as a recruiter or from leading full cycle recruitments and preferable in high volumes.
- You are good at assessing the abilities, personal qualities, competences, way of thinking and working and experience required in each task- from these you can form an ideal proficiency profile.
- You are resourceful and know how and where to find the right talents.
- You are a proactive person always coming up with creative solutions to get the best talent.
- You have great ambitions, and you can shift focus across multiple projects and can manage many things on the fly to get things done.
- Good understanding of candidate journey from attraction to hire
- Experience of leading international teams of strong professionals and/or working in matrix.
- Inspiration to stay up to date on the latest recruiting trends and try out novel approaches.
- Experience from using and managing social media and recruiting tools as well as “technical/analysis”-tools within the field of HR.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- You are fluent in Finnish and/or English. Swedish is an advantage.
- Relevant academic/university Master’s/bachelor’s degree
