We have conceptualised a brand-new service for the identification and selection of company board professionals, where the use of our own Board Professionals Pool plays a central role.
Our board professionals pool has become very popular, and professional leaders who are interested in board work are joining on a daily basis. Board Search
InHunt´s way of findning a new member of the Board of Directors is based on our Board Professionals Pool and the use headhunting, combined with our operational model based on analysing existing competences. Based on that we define the expected profile of the new board member. We have verified that the candidates are compliant with the requirements for board work, and compatible with the current and future operational models for each board, supporting the outlined board work development process.
Advisory Boards
Advisory Board is a group of specialists who support the company management and/or board as strategic advisors. InHunt Boards has developed efficient operational models maximising the benefits for both the company and the advisor. We will provide you with a suitable operational model for establishing your own Advisory Board free of charge.
The new Certified Advisory Board-member HAB-certificate training course provided by the Chamber of Commerce is based on InHunt´s operational models.
