He has also spent 15 years in leadership and development roles in business and production operations within the technology industry, both in Finland and internationally. Harri has extensive and versatile experience in supporting the growth and operational development of family-owned companies and mid-sized listed firms. His development approach is highly participatory, focused on the essential, analytical, and at the same time practical and results‑driven. Harri works fluently in Finnish, English, and Swedish.

Harri has carried out significant strategic business development initiatives for technology and expert-driven companies, including defining essential growth drivers and the related development and commitment of key personnel. His expertise also covers change management and business transformations. Harri has played a key role—both as a partner and as an implementer—in improving the operational performance, profitability, productivity, and efficiency of several industrial production companies. He has also led international business and operations with full line responsibility during major growth or transition phases.

Harri’s most familiar industry domains include the wood products industry, metal refining, technical process equipment, mobile machinery, and technical consulting and engineering. He is well‑versed in international business environments and has lived in the United States during his career.
