Team Lead Services
You will be part of an international team, working for the Lab Products & Services division, responsible for managing and coordinating the services technicians team based in Helsinki. The main tasks will be overseeing maintenance, checks and repairs operations of products for the Lab Essentials product portfolio including Lab Weighing instruments, Liquid Handling and Lab Water systems in accordance with the priorities and the dispatch of operations monitored by the manager services. The Team Lead Services reports to Head of Services North Europe, based in the UK.
As Team Lead Services you will manage planned maintenance needs and operations by organising and scheduling according to need. Your focus is on field service, return service, operation support and service products selling as well as service marketing promoting. You will set goals and objectives for achievement of operational results for your team members consisting of six direct reports.
In your role you will work closely with technical support, sales teams and products teams to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction while developing and maintaining relationships with customers to secure future business. You ensure that policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders. You will maintain critical data, customer information and technical files on an ongoing basis.
In order to be successful in this role you will need a proven track record in field and/or workshop service, service operations and/or service sales with a minimum of five years of service management experience in a similar industry. You have an academic degree in engineering or natural sciences or other relevant education. Experience in managing international standards and local accreditations (ISO 17025 and ISO 8655) is expected as well as good software and system skills (including SAP). You are fluent in Finnish and English.
As a person you are a team player and strong communicator with excellent presentation skills. You have good leadership and organisational skills and know how to work in a changing international environment.
