Timo has over 11 years of experience in executive search and recruitment. He has worked with listed companies, SMEs and family-owned businesses, as well as with several municipal and city-owned companies, recruiting board members, executives, middle management and specialists according to clients’ needs. In addition, Timo has also supported individuals through coaching to assist with career transitions and re-employment.
Timo acts as a HAB Advisory Board certification trainer at the Chamber of Commerce and as a board search coach at InHunt Group. He is also a member of the InHunt Group management team.
Timo has more than 30 years of experience in sales, customer service and customer process development. He has solid experience in manufacturing, the energy sector and service businesses. Prior to his current role as Regional Director and Senior Headhunter, his responsibilities covered the development of commercial operations and customer-facing processes.
