We therefore look for a HEAD OF FINANCE to support us on our growth path. You will be in charge of running and taking the internal and external financial reporting to the next level. You act as the analytical mastermind who can model and help us see the future through the lenses of finance. You’re a business developer at heart and eager to contribute to our growth with your ideas and implement them. And grow together with us even to a bigger responsibility. The position is located in Helsinki.
Your key areas of responsibility include:
- Taking charge of the overall finance function and processes
- Improving quality of financial reporting by streamlining and improving processes
- Producing high quality analysis for decision making and business development in a fast paced and owner driven environment
- Bringing the use of financial and business data to the next level
- Presenting and contributing to Board of Directors on topics and themes of Finance relevance
- Collaborating with all the key functions of the company and challenging them on Finance related topics
Desired experience and skills:
Required:
- Higher education e.g. in finance or economics (bachelor’s degree required)
- 5+ years’ experience in a finance role with overall exposure/responsibility of finance function
- Hands on job experience from finance function and processes including financial planning and strategy, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting and cash flow management
- Self-starter, data driven and proactive problem-solving mindset
- Holistic and open-minded for business opportunities and passionate in finding added value for the company while collaborating with internal teams
- Team player with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Finnish and English
Preferred:
- Hands on job experience from fundraising in growth company environment
- Experience of international investor driven environment
