  Mikko (MMM, HLJ) is a Senior Headhunter at InHunt Group Oy in Savo and North Karelia. He has extensive experience in leadership, company development and growth, and change management. Mikko has previously held management positions in the feed industry for more than 10 years, in the food industry as CEO for 12 years and in a timber harvesting company as a Business Director. He also has Lean skills and extensive experience in board positions in various companies and advocacy organisations.

  Since 1991, I have worked as an entrepreneur in the ICT trade sector and as a consultant, as well as in the construction products industry and the forest sector in management, management team, supervisory board and board level positions both in Finland and abroad. I have strong experience in working as an administrative, finance and change director in a family business, also at the group level. I have completed several M&A negotiations and the related DD processes. Various positions of trust and the networks brought about by business life will help in future tasks.
