Mika is an experienced international business leader and strategic renewer who combines strong business acumen, operational leadership and people-oriented change management. Over more than 30 years, he has led organizations, built growth and carried out demanding business transformations across industries ranging from technology and software business to the energy and industrial sectors.
He is known as a leader who defines strategy together with people, turns it into concrete results and builds organizations in which people commit to a shared objective.
Mika has served in domestic and international roles as CEO, Chief Operating Officer, business leader and board member. He has strong experience in building profitable growth, turning around businesses, renewing SaaS and digital business models, integrating companies after acquisitions and developing international organizations. He has led organizations of up to 1,500 employees and been responsible for businesses exceeding one hundred million euros in revenue, while also developing smaller companies operating in domestic markets.
In his work, Mika believes that sustainable results are created through a clear strategic direction, strong operational execution and the involvement of people. His experience in board work, private equity collaboration and advising top management gives him a broad perspective on the different stages of growth and renewal in companies.
