We are seeking a high-tech test and measurements-oriented person, to join the successful and international Rohde & Schwarz Team.

Rohde & Schwarz Finland Oy is looking for an Account Manager to the Vantaa office, belonging to the Rohde & Schwarz Finland organization and Nordic Sales Team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement product portfolio and services for customers. You will contribute to additional business development, strengthening the relationship with the customers, and addressing all business areas with customers and stakeholders.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager who will be the primary sales contact for Test & Measurement products and services for electronics and wireless industry customers in Southern Finland. Your main product categories will be spectrum and signal analyzers, EMC test receivers and accessories, RF chambers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, GNSS simulators, and communication test systems.
We expect you to have experience and skills like:
- Strong analytical skills, sales oriented and customer focused
- Electronics industry experience
- Understanding of current electronic industry technologies and RF basics
- Strong communication and presentation skills, responsive to customer requests and questions
- Experience in CRM system, such as Salesforce or SAP, to maintain sales opportunities and customer relations will be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Finnish and English
- Ability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities
- Great teamwork ability and positive attitude
- Able to travel throughout Southern Finland
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related field of studies
This task consists of:
- Understanding customer needs, to best position Rohde & Schwarz to meet those needs
- Identifying new sales opportunities and developing existing customer relationships
- Building and managing a strong sales funnel
- Preparing and compiling sales quotations, and participating in contract negotiations with customers until contracts are concluded
- Initiating own customer visits/trips together with Application Engineers, Technical Specialists and Product Managers
- Sharing customer feedback with internal stakeholders
- Representing Rohde & Schwarz in seminars and trade fairs
