You will be working with an committed domestic and international management team and the Board. You are part of a dynamic organisation with a culture that encourages learning, participation, and transparency. You will be in charge of financial planning, supporting management in the company’s global growth.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Driving the company’s financial planning and reporting in alignment with strategy and vision
- Protecting the company’s revenues and profits to achieve financial control and sustainable growth.
- Controlling and evaluating fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensuring cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Implementing systems and procedures to improve financial performance
- Managing relationships to authorities, banks, partners and vendors

- Proven experience as a CFO or similar role during 5 to 10 years
- Strong financial and accounting background
- Excellent financial planning and strategy skills
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- An analytical yet enthusiastic mindset
- MSc/MBA in accounting, finance or relevant field
- Fluent skills in Finnish and in English
- China experience would be a plus
