Sartorius Biohit Liquid Handling Oy is now looking for an experienced and dynamic
Head of Quality
to become member of the Sartorius Finland management team, reporting to the Finnish CEO and Head of Global Quality. Preferred location is Helsinki or Kajaani.
As Head of Quality you will be responsible for owning, maintaining, and developing the local quality management system and secure its alignment with global corporate standards and policies. You will lead the Finnish quality organization in co-operation with the global quality organization. You will have the overall responsibility for quality and the regulatory environment of the Pipetting & Dispensing business, meeting quality targets and KPI´s.
In order to be successful in this role you need to have a proven track record in leading teams with a result driven execution. We expect a minimum of 5-10 years of experience preferably in the medical equipment manufacturing industry and understanding of injection molding manufacturing. You have a strong technical and scientific competence and a deep understanding of quality standards and quality tools used in this industry. You are familiar with international business and you understand the dynamics of corporate organisations.
As a person you are a team player and strong initiator with excellent organizational skills. You have attention to details, and you are used to making risk assessment evaluations. You are a strong negotiator with excellent communications skills both in Finnish and English languages.
