We are looking for a Revenue Manager to manage revenue, distribution, capacity and pricing of the serviced living operations across all markets. in close co-operation with local Commercial teams and reporting to the Head of Commercial, Central. The person will be part of the International NREP serviced living team and work alongside the brilliant NREP, Noli Studios and UMEUS family.

Currently Noli Studios runs three locations – Noli Sörnäinen and Noli Katajanokka have been serving modern citizens in Helsinki for two years and Noli Myyrmäki welcomed first guests in Vantaa this fall. Noli´s strategy is to grow with an additional 3-4 Noli´s units in Finland alone per year in near future. Therefore, we are now looking for

Revenue Manager to build and implement the strategy of the serviced living operations across all markets

The position involves responsibility for:

  • Pricing and capacity management for the whole platform, creating and implementing pricing strategies.
  • Working within set strategy and goals.
  • Establishing and implementing distribution strategy and sales channel management across segments (OTA-channels, GDS, own channel).
  • Building a next generation revenue management set-up to be scaled.
  • Implementing best practices together with front line teams.
  • Managing competitive set for each location within different LOS-segments.
  • Active role in developing IT-systems (e.g. Implementing a revenue management tool).
  • Site specific revenue budgeting.
  • Overall business development, solving buying barriers and supporting the team and decision-making with analytics and data,

To succeed, we expect you to have following experience and qualities:

  • Experience in pricing, revenue management, channel & distribution management or similar within hotel/living –segments.
  • Commercial mindset, passion to grow revenue and ability to judge different options against their financial impact.
  • A great team player and ability to successfully act in a multi-stakeholder environment. 
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills
  • Relevant academic or business administration degree. 
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.

You work in close co-operation with local Commercial teams and reporting to the Head of Commercial, Central.
