We are now hiring a Market Access Manager to strengthen our growing Nordic team in Finland.
What does the role involve?
As a Market Access Manager, you will work as an expert and project manager in diverse customer projects. The role will be tailored to your experience and background – you might be a seasoned professional or a talented early-career expert. We offer you responsibilities and development opportunities that match your level of expertise.
Your tasks will include:
- Planning and developing reimbursement materials in accordance with the requirements of various Nordic countries
- Evaluating and utilizing clinical and health economic data to support decision-making
- Project management and client collaboration, including in an international environment
- Strategic consulting, business and service development
- Close collaboration with PharmaLex’s Nordic and global teams
With us, you’ll have both responsibility and freedom. You’ll be an integral part of the client’s team and have the opportunity to influence project content and develop customer relationships. Your daily work will be varied and will offer fresh perspectives and opportunities for continuous learning.
Is this role for you?
We’re looking for someone with genuine interest, motivation, and the desire to grow as an expert.
We hope you have:
- A relevant university degree (e.g., in pharmacy, health economics, medicine, epidemiology)
- Experience in Market Access, especially in pricing and reimbursement
- The ability to understand complex entities and critically evaluate scientific data
- A customer-focused, organized, and analytical approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English – Swedish is a plus
Your background might be in consulting, the public sector, or the pharmaceutical industry. You’re comfortable working independently but value teamwork and enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
