HEAD OF DIGITAL MARKETING

Main responsibilities
As Head of Digital Marketing you will:
- Drive profitable sales growth through traffic acquisition on all digital channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Price Comparison, Affiliate, Programmatic Display and SEO
- Optimize the performance of all channels and oversee the budgets and spend to to meet the ROI-targets
- Actively seek new growth by finding new marketing channels and technologies
- Lead and mentor a small team of performance marketing specialists and grow the team by recruiting the top talent
What we expect from you?
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid traffic acquisition
- In depth understanding of PPC and strong hands-on experience of managing large scale performance marketing activity including Paid Search, Paid Social, Price Comparison, Affiliate, Programmatic Display and SEO
- Solid understanding of attribution modelling across the marketing funnel
- Experience with keyword research/data mining tools and competitive analysis
- Proven track-record of scaling sales growth and delivering solid ROI on marketing spend
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and AB/MV-testing
- Experience in leading, mentoring and building successful teams
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
