Build the next Nordic success story in sustainable ground engineering
Geobear is a pioneer in ground engineering and infrastructure repair. We deliver fast, non-disruptive, and sustainable solutions to stabilise soil, repair subsidence damage, and extend the life of critical assets. Our patented injection technology is trusted across railways, roads, industrial structures, and private homes.
With operations in 9 countries and a profitable, growing presence in the Nordics, we’re now looking for an ambitious leader to take full ownership of our Finnish and Swedish business.

Business Unit Director, Nordics
Your role: growth, responsibility, and impact
As Business Unit Director, you’ll lead Geobear’s business in Finland and Sweden. This includes strategic and operational ownership—from sales and customer success to project delivery and team performance.
You’ll work closely with our international leadership team while owning the day-to-day direction, profitability, and momentum in the Nordics.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who wants to lead not just a team—but the full business.
You will
- Drive profitable and cash positive growth across the infrastructure and commercial construction sectors
- Lead and align operations, sales, and delivery teams under a common goal
- Strengthen Geobear’s brand and customer relationships
- Inspire a results-driven culture where wins are celebrated and energy stays high
- Work frequently across Finland and Sweden
What we’re looking for
You may already lead a business area—or you may be ready to take that step. What matters most is your drive to take full ownership, your ability to deliver results, and your ambition to build something meaningful.
You might describe yourself like this:
- A high-potential leader or someone who has already held broad responsibility and is now ready for full ownership
- Motivated by growth—and especially by the idea of doubling results
- A sales-driven thinker who recognises commercial opportunity and creates momentum
- Financially confident—you know how to manage budgets, track performance, and drive outcomes
- Technically grounded, with understanding of industries such as ground engineering, infrastructure, construction, or structural repair
- Strong in project delivery and comfortable leading teams in an operational environment
- Known for a hands-on leadership style—you lead by doing, energise others, and celebrate success
- Resilient, positive, and forward-looking—you see possibilities, not barriers
You don’t need to be a geotechnical expert—but you do need to understand the principles and logic of our work and be ready to learn fast.
Language requirement: Native-level fluency in Finnish and/or Swedish and excellent command of English (both written and spoken) are essential for this role.

What we offer
- Full ownership of a profitable and growing business unit
- The opportunity to scale an innovative company with a strong Nordic foundation
- A hybrid of business, sustainability, and technology
- A talented team and supportive global leadership
- Competitive base salary and performance-based bonus
- A role where you’ll truly see the impact of your leadership
