We offer a wide range of Domicet branded quality systems for various types of roller blinds, panel tracks, venetian, vertical, pleated blinds, honeycomb systems and curtain tracks. We help our customers to lead in their markets. Excellent service, a wide product range and personal engagement is what we offer. Who are our customers? Blind makers, we are focusing on smaller and medium sized blind makers, heroes in their local markets. Architects, we inform professional subscribers and link them to the blind makers. Specialists who needs custom made spring systems for their products. Used in sliding doors, blinds for boats, buses, trains, skylight roller blinds. Our goal is to deliver our products to customers with the best personal service attitude. CFO, Chief Financial Officer

About the job

You will be working with an engaged domestic and international team when joining Domicet. You’ll be a part of a good organization with a culture that encourages learning, participation, and transparency. As our previous CFO, you will be driving our financial planning and building up the finance function.

This full-time position will be based within the Kaarina, Turku region. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Fulfilling the finance function (book keeping, control and reporting)
  • Sustaining and growth of smooth and efficient processes with a holistic view of the company
  • Ensuring alignment with the strategy and vision
  • Nevertheless, this will be a hands-on role with the daily finance routines as well
  • Human resource together with the CEO, building a great team

What we are looking for 

We appreciate people who are accurate, like details but also the the head lines. We challenge you to bring new and innovative ideas to improve how we work. Additionally, we hope you find the following describing you well:

  • Previous experience in fulfilling a finance function as described
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Fluent skills in Finnish and in English, other European languages are a plus
  • Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty with the daily routines while keeping the bigger picture in mind
