Hultafors Group is now seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead the sales of Solid Gear and Snickers Workwear brands in the Finnish market. This role is a key role in achieving our growth and profitability objectives and increasing our market share in Finland.
The Country Sales Manager will have a proven track record in increasing sales and customer retention, along with experience in managing overall team performance. In addition to developing effective sales strategies the ideal candidate will also play a pivotal role in its execution.
You will be reporting to the Director Nordic Region, USA, Export & IDA.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overall responsibility for Solid Gear & Snickers Workwear net sales and financial performance in Finland.
- Responsible for client and distributions agreements, direct and in-direct, regarding sales growth, agreement fulfilment/ obligations, profit & loss, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales execution, drive growth through optimizing current business while identifying new business and market opportunities to support short- and long-term growth.
- Build a high-performing team and foster a collaborative culture. Provide inspirational leadership and be a dynamic ambassador for the Hultafors Group. Currently the team consists of 10 persons, field sales and back office support.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and team management
- Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales leadership
- Hands-on sales experience, particularly with premium brands
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A passion for driving sales and achieving business goals
- Good ability to work in strategic, tactical and operational levels
- Knowledge of the Finnish market area (retail experience is beneficial)
- Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken
- A commercially founded educational background
