We are looking for a Finance Development Manager to join our finance team in Helsinki metropolitan area or Lahti. As a Finance Development Manager you will report to the Kempower CFO.
Finance Development Manager responsiblities:
- Key user for ERP and finance applications
- Finance applications and processes implementation and development
- Internal Projects; ERP roll-out in group companies, robotics etc.
- Finance process and practices harmonization
- Internal Controls implementation and development
What we expect from you?
- Accounting or ICT degree (Master or Bachelor of Science)
- Epicor ERP experience
- At least 5 years of experience in finance preferably in a stock listed company
- Problem solving skills
- Enjoys working in a fast moving an international enviroment
- Good communication and co-operation skills
- Good documentation and written communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English, other languages as an advantage
- Solid performance in project management role
- Understanding of finance processes and process development methodologies
