FINANCE MANAGER
Keypro Oy was acquired by Geomatikk Group, owned by private equity company Hg Capital, in June 2021. Geomatikk Group also owns Geomatikk Finland Oy which was established in 2017 and who provides safe-to-dig services to utility and telecom network operators including field service work.
As part of the Keypro acquisition and to achieve synergies in the safe-to-dig business area, this will transfer to Geomatikk Finland. Keypro will remain focused on the software solutions for network asset management and related professional services. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the core finance functions of both Geomatikk Finland and Keypro and report to the Managing Director of Keypro.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To further develop the company’s organization and strategy in cooperation with the management team.
- Responsible for payroll, accounting, monthly reporting, cash management and forecasting
- Coordinate the budget process and work closely with the local and Group management teams
- Act as a main contact towards accounting service providers and local auditors.
- Act as a business partner to the commercial teams.
- Potentially manage 1 or 2 administrative or accounting resources
- Be an active participant in the Nordic financial team for the Geomatikk Group.
REQUIREMENTS
- University education is required, Master of Science level or similar, preferably in Finance
- 6 – 10 years relevant experience such as auditing, financial controlling, business controlling or similar finance manager role.
- Hands-on attitude, strong analytical skills and a good communicator.
- A relationship builder; open, transparent, motivating, and inclusive.
- Good understanding of IT systems and reporting tools such as MS excel and Power BI, accounting systems and similar.
- A genuine interest in IT, software and technology is an advantage.
- Experience from software industry and / or industries like telecom, electric/gas/water utilities is an advantage.
- Native Finnish and fluent English.
- The Keypro team is geographically distributed with some people in Helsinki and some people in Joensuu, so your location can be in either city. Presence in both locations is required regularly.
- Some travel might be required.
