Head of Finance and Controlling
to lead the finance and controlling function for Finland ensuring timely reporting and high quality of financial information complying with group and local statutory requirements. The Head of Finance Controlling, based in Helsinki, reports to the Director Finance and Controlling North Europe located in Norway.
Your responsibilities will include implementing and developing, accounting and administrative policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities, as well as driving long-term profitability through active participation in business management, planning and strategy discussions. Your main tasks will include financial management reporting, annual report and accounts, budgeting and financial forecasting, controlling, product costing, cost accounting, funding and project evaluation. You will become part of the Finance & Controlling team in North Europe while leading one direct report in Finland. Part of the accounting activities are also carried out at a Shared Service Center.
To be successful in this position we expect you to have a University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics, or qualified CPA, with extensive experience in a senior finance management role, preferably in manufacturing companies within an international or global environment. You are an expert in integrated ERP systems (SAP would be advantageous) with excellent computer skills (MS Office).

You are an excellent communicator, fluent in Finnish and English.
