Bygghemma, part of BHG Group, is one of the leading consumer e-commerce players in the Nordics within home improvement.
The company was founded in Sweden in 2006, around the same time as Netrauta.fi in Finland. From the beginning, the business idea has been to offer building, home and garden products online at competitive prices — with home delivery directly from suppliers through a dropshipping model.
In 2012, Bygghemma Group (now BHG Group) was formed, initiating a strategy to expand across the Nordic region through a portfolio of e-commerce brands.
Today, BHG Group operates more than 100 online stores, offers over 1.7 million products, and employs over 1,800 people across more than 20 countries. With net sales of approximately 10 billion SEK, the group is one of the largest e-commerce players in its category in Europe.

About the role
As Head of Fulfillment, you are responsible for the full end-to-end fulfillment flow — from the moment a customer places an order until the product is delivered.
You will lead and develop fulfillment operations across both dropship and warehouse flows, ensuring efficient, reliable and high-quality deliveries in a complex, multi-system environment.
The role has a strong operational focus and requires a hands-on leadership approach. You will lead teams across Nordics and work closely with other Nordic Supply Chain functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Nordic fulfillment operations, covering the full order-to-delivery process across warehouse and dropship flows
- Oversee day-to-day fulfillment performance, including order execution, returns handling and deviation management across markets
- Drive continuous improvement of fulfillment operations with a focus on digital-first approach, efficiency, process optimization and lead time reduction
- Develop and implement the fulfillment strategy, with a strong emphasis on automation, digital and effective system utilization
- Ensure optimal inventory levels in close collaboration with procurement and commercial teams
- Secure high standards in health, safety and operational compliance across fulfillment operations
- Lead, coach and develop the fulfillment organization to ensure strong performance and alignment with company ways of working
What we expect from you
- Strong background in fulfillment, logistics or warehouse operations
- Proven experience leading operational teams in multi-location or multi-country environments
- Backround from working in a shared services or centralized operational model
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to combine operational execution and development
- Digital maturity and ability to operate in complex system environments
- Ability to drive efficiency, improve processes and lead change
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English
What we offer
- A key leadership role in a growing Nordic organization
- Opportunity to be part of a major transformation and build future fulfillment capabilities
- A role with real impact on customer experience, efficiency and business performance
- A dynamic environment combining digital and operational excellence
- Possibility to work in Finland or Sweden
