TCS is now looking for an
Network Solution Specialists
to work with all technology team members to insure proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, MAN and WAN data networks.
TCS Network Solution Specialists are responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise DC network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all data network equipment such as router, LAN switch, firewall, wireless, servers, backup systems, network management and diagnostic tools, etc..
Maintenance of the enterprise DC data network is an important process, and we are looking for active, initiative, responsible and determined Network Solution Specialists to support it. We are looking for several network experts, you can be a network professional with 3-8 years experinece or a network expert just starting your career with 1-3 years experience.
The tasks include the following:
Business As Usual tasks
- Create, Manage & Update Firewall Rules (Palo Alto)
- Create, Manage & Update LB Rules (F5)
- Create, Manage & Update Secured Certificates
- Create, Manage, Update & Troubleshoot Routing configuration. (Cisco Nexus Switches / Cisco & Juniper Routers)
You will succeed in the position when you have some of these skills:
- provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
- experience in working with network management support
- basic level understanding of Cisco Routing and Swicth/Data networking skill, including DHCP, QoS, IP routing protocols
- basic level Knowledge on firewall openings & resolving issues on all major firewall devices (e.g Palo Alto)
- basic level Knowledge of various Networking Services such as directories, files, distributed applications, email, HTTP, FTP, DNS and some other common services
- hands-on experience on Install, configure and maintain network hardware, for example, Cisco routers and switches
- responsible to work with all technology team member to insure proper maintenance of the LAN, Wireless, MAN and WAN data networks
- capabilities to monitor networking tools and raise incidents to events
- good communication and documentation skills
Other:
- Min. 5 years of residency in Finland (no nationality requirements)
