We are now looking for a SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR to lead our commercial functions.
In this new role we expect you to form the entire group’s joint sales and marketing team and to organize manage and develop its operations.
You are responsible for the sales and marketing strategy and budget, your team’s well-being and training, ensuring the achievement of goals and controlled growth in revenue and profitability. You are involved in strategy planning as well as implementation. You report to the CEO.
We expect you to be dynamic and proactive sales and marketing professional with experience in the hospitality/tourism industry. You are familiar with the industry’s sales and marketing processes, managing and encouraging people, as well as budgeting, reporting and understanding the financial key figures and modern tools.
As a person we would like to see you as a forward-thinking, open-minded person looking for new opportunities. You are successful in this role if you possess good organizational skills and have great communication skills. Communication and teamwork are appreciated in our company and you would be working alongside with other departments and our team.
