Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to lead our global sales projects, focusing on the rapidly growing shipyard and shipowner markets. In this role, you will identify new customers and projects, prepare compelling offers, and play a key role in negotiating contracts that drive our business forward. Collaboration with various units and partners is essential to ensure smooth operations and the development of strong customer relationships.
You will represent our company prominently at major industry events, such as conferences and exhibitions, where you will showcase our top-tier services and products. You will also have a direct impact on our design and R&D teams by providing valuable insights that foster innovation and enhance our competitiveness.
We are looking for a sales professional with strong vision, specialized expertise, and extensive experience in leading sales within the technical solutions and maritime sectors. Your track record in managing complex projects, competitive drive, and innovative approach will make you stand out as a candidate.
Knowledge of arctic shipping or experience in the shipping industry, combined with ship technology expertise, is a significant advantage, but professionals from various backgrounds can succeed in this role. Suitable backgrounds might include sales leaders with experience in large-scale technology or engineering projects, experts in industrial solutions familiar with maritime or technological developments, or individuals with a commercial background and the ability to navigate technically demanding markets.
This role requires excellent English skills, and proficiency in Finnish or other languages will be considered an asset.
