We are seeking to strengthen our team with a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR.
As a Training Administrator, you will work in an Approved Training Organization and report to the Head of Training.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Working closely with the team to ensure that customer training meets applicable regulations
- Maintaining and updating training programs and products in the training management system
- Ensuring instructors have the necessary information to conduct customer training
- Preparing and checking training documentation as required
- Verifying prerequisites for students together with the Head of Training
- Issuing company certificates to students upon completion of training.
We expect you to have:
- At least 3 years of experience in training administration within an airline or flight training organization
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and external contacts at various levels
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask
- Good oral and written English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Familiarity with the Mint Training Management System
- Knowledge of the Finnish language.
