What you’ll do
In this role, you will support the implementation and development of an effective compliance programme across the Group and local entities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of the compliance plan and collaborating with colleagues and leaders across jurisdictions
- Keeping on top of regulatory developments and assessing their impact
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with Finnish and international regulatory requirements
- Reviewing internal policies and procedures and proposing enhancements
- Assisting in the development and delivery of compliance training
- Handling internal and external compliance queries
- Contributing to day-to-day compliance and legal matters alongside other team members
What we’re looking for
You’re someone who’s already taken their first steps in compliance and is now looking for broader responsibility and a chance to work internationally. Ideally, you have:
- 2–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in the insurance, finance, Big 4, legal, or regulatory sectors (e.g. FSA or supervisory authority)
- A relevant academic background (e.g. Law, Business, Finance, Compliance)
- Knowledge of Solvency II and Finnish regulatory requirements
- Understanding of AML, Sanctions, and Financial Crime frameworks
- Great communication skills in both English and Finnish
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams and borders
