Your Role – Brand Manager
As Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies for selected brands in the Finnish market. You’ll translate global brand visions into actionable local plans and ensure their flawless execution in collaboration with sales teams, agencies, and global partners.
You’ll report to: Commercial Director
You’ll work closely with: Nordic Brand team, Sales, Global Brand Teams, Marketing Agencies
Key Responsibilities
– Develop brand and marketing plans with actionable, market-relevant initiatives for on/off trade channels
– Turn plans into real impact – implement and supervise execution with our partners
– Manage and optimize A&P budget efficiency
– Design and implement trade marketing initiatives tailored to customers and channels
– Track, evaluate, and report on key marketing and trade activities monthly
– Monitor competitors and proactively propose actions to build brand equity
– Contribute to forecasting, logistics, and inventory control
– Keep a pulse on Finnish market and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities
– Stay up to date on legal/regulatory landscape and ensure compliance
– Drive growth across your brand portfolio in line with annual targets
– Understand and support digital marketing efforts
Who You Are
– A hands-on, strategic marketer with 3+ years’ experience in brand or trade marketing
– A team player with strong project management and communication skills
– Analytical and commercially minded
– Passionate about the beverage industry and consumer engagement
Requirements
– Proficiency in both Finnish and English (written and spoken)
– Strong knowledge of Finnish retail and on/off trade channels
– Understanding of digital and traditional marketing
– Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field
