Our Nordic IT organization is searching for a
IT Generalist
to join a team of IT professionals in Nordic countries
You are a person with positive attitude. You are self-motivated, able to work independently and capable to take initiative. Our working environment may sometimes be fast-paced where you will always be supported by the others.
You will be a member in our Nordic IT Team. Your role will be mainly in local IT Support, but you will also attend actively to Nordic IT projects. The Nordic IT Team works closely with the business units in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Your IT colleagues are situated in Denmark and Norway.
The job includes 1st level support, so a broad knowledge on computers in general and good communication skills are required. You are good in details and analytical thinking and you enjoy working in the team of professionals.
This job could be ideal for you if you have background in following areas:
- in IT or similar area
- At least two years of experience performing similar tasks
- Good communication and presentation skills within a multinational context
- Written and spoken fluency in Finnish and English, Scandinavian languages are an advantage but not a requirement
- Technical skills in first level IT support
- Skills in core applications (ERP MS Business Central/Navision), RPA (we use UiPath), Webshop, Microsoft 365, reporting tools (MS Power BI), MS Azure, MS SharePoint/OneDrive, MS PowerApps
- General IT security
- Citrix
