Delfort Group is looking for a
International Sales Manager
In this position, you will be responsible for specialty paper sales in an international environment, located at the Tervakoski site. Your most important responsibility is the improvement of the sales and working together with our team towards common growth targets. You will ensure the organization is capable of timely and quality sales to our customers. Your responsibilities are:
- Serving our existing customers and developing our business in new markets, customer groups and product areas
- Clear turnover, expense and margin responsibilities for your accounts
- Active new customer acquisition in your markets
- Conducting market studies and reporting on your sales activities which are fundamental in planning and implementing the growth strategy
- Working in close cooperation with the sales team and our international sales network.
- Backup responsibilities within team
You are a competent international sales manager with strong integrity and interaction capabilities. You are willing to develop our sales processes with your own example and you have a willingness to continuously learn.
We expect you to have
- Strong interest in developing yourself in international sales
- Experienced in business-to-business industrial product sales is required. Paper or Board sales experience is a benefit but not a necessity.
- You are easy to deal with, you create trust and good relationships with key accounts
- Independent and success-oriented approach
- Good collaborating skills in a diverse environment
- Passion for sales with high service level and customer orientation
- Advanced knowledge of the English language, Finnish and German is of advantage
- Good communication skills across functions and nationalities
- Good and relevant education, e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or international sales or engineering or other relevant subject
