Nordic Sales Manager
We are looking for a solution-oriented team player as a member of our international sales team.
The Sales Manager’s key tasks are:
- Active Nordic new project sales based on our unique four-pillar model analysis, consulting, and conceptualization services.
- Building strong customer relationships and creating value by understanding customer business logic. Our main customer segments are Mall owners and operators, museums, and science centres.
- Consulting our customers in developing their own business (e.g. dwell time and footfall).
- Co-operation with our internal partners such as project team members, marketing department, top designers, sourcing, legal and production.
- Proactively negotiate win-win solutions for all stakeholders.
- Networking with Nordic Family Entertainment operators and investors to be the best turn-key solution partner for them.
What do we expect from the candidate:
- Successful (B2B) project sales experience.
- Suitable lower or upper-level university degree (BA, MBA, MSc).
- Solution orientation, proactive mindset, and excellent co-operational skills.
- Ability to negotiate with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
- Systematic way of working, precise, and detailed approach.
- Language skills:
- Fluent in Swedish and English language (written and spoken).
- Desire to continuously develop oneself in international family entertainment and theme park business.
- Travel readiness more than 100 days a year.
- Sales management and leadership skills are seen as beneficial.
- Experience in public tendering is an asset.
