Global airfields operate daily with growing passenger numbers and tightening flight schedules. Steady airfield ground lighting secures safe take-offs and landings, as well as operational efficiency at airports. Each airport struggles with demanding environment and complex electrical installations. Hence, zero problems are allowed in its operation.
EFLA is the only company in the world specializing in seamless power and communication in Airfield Ground Lighting circuit (AGL). We develop, manufacture and sell series isolation transformers, connector kits and prefabricated cable leads for airfield lighting circuit. The materials and electrical design meet the highest qualifications, since components are installed in underground pits and cans, or buried directly in the ground.
Your role
You are responsible for developing profitable, long-term customer relationships and acting as a critical interface between the market and Efla’s internal organization. You combine commercial drive, technical understanding and relationship-building into concrete results.
This role is not about short-term transactional sales – it is about trust, delivery, and sustainable growth.
Your key responsibilities
- Own and develop assigned key accounts and territories
- Act as the main commercial contact toward customers
- Understand customer needs and represent the customer’s voice internally
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline (prospecting, influencing, quoting, follow-up)
- Maintain and participate in developing accurate CRM data and sales forecasts
- Identify and develop new customers and sales channel partners
- Contribute to sales process development and commercial best practices
- Participate in exhibitions, training and customer visits
- Coordinate internally with sales, production and technology to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction


What we expect from you
- Minimum 5 years of international B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Strong experience in key account management and business development
- Technical-commercial background (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)
- Experience from electricity / electronics-related manufacturing industry (AGL experience and field application/service is a plus)
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluent English; other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally (~60 days/year)
