Workshop Manager
for TIP Trailer Services Finland Ab in Lieto
We are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations, performance, and development of our workshop in Lieto. In this responsible and versatile role, you will get to develop the workshop’s operations, lead a skilled team, and ensure customer satisfaction and smooth daily work.
The role of Workshop Manager is diverse, and you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and executing the workshop’s daily operations together with the operational team. Excellent customer service, project management, and daily team supervision will be part of your everyday responsibilities. You will support and train your team of mechanics, plan development measures for the workshop, and are accustomed to monitoring key performance indicators of workshop operations.
We hope you to have:
• Experience in the trailer or truck industry, or a similar field, preferably with previous experience in workshop management.
• A technical background and hands-on experience with trailer and/or heavy equipment repairs.
• A customer-oriented mindset, a team-player attitude, and a professional approach to work.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a clear advantage.
• A proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, even under tight schedules.
• Solid IT skills and familiarity with reporting and administrative daily tasks.
As an international company, fluency in both spoken and written Finnish and English is essential.
