We are looking for a CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST to play a key role in group Finance team and to shape a modern finance function enabling Gren’s ongoing growth.
Your key responsibility areas include:
- Providing group level financial analysis on areas such as strategic planning, M&A and financing
- Supporting senior management and other key stakeholders with analysis, recommendations and decision-making materials
- Having the ownership of group level forecasting model and preparation of scenario analysis to support decision-making
- Collaborating across functions and countries to ensure holistic and consistent economic view for top management and other key stakeholders
- Active collaboration with Gren’s growth team and contributing to meeting strategic targets
Desired experience and skills:
- A master’s degree in economics (finance) and 3+ years of working experience from corporate finance (e.g. investment bank, private equity, etc)
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding on business drivers
- Excellent excel and modelling skills with experience in acquisition/asset modelling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to see big picture and causalities
- Excellent English skills (oral and written) with the ability to clearly communicate findings and conclusions especially in form of written reports and presentations
- Experience from energy (infrastructure) or another asset heavy-industry preferred
