The Role
As Readpeak’s CTO, you will lead the technology vision and drive architectural decision-making. You will lead, build, and grow the development team and the operating models needed to deliver an ambitious product vision – on a tight timeline and in an AI-assisted development environment. You will report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of our executive leadership team.
You will ensure that our technical team remains globally competitive, both in terms of product and ways of working.
Who We Are Looking For
You have grown technology teams and know what it takes – in terms of hiring, team culture, and day-to-day operations. You have hands-on experience developing SaaS platforms and understand what it takes to scale a low-latency, high-traffic product in a cloud environment. Your technical background covers the modern web stack, and you have a deep understanding of how architecture drives scalability.
Leadership style matters equally. You are able to create a clear plan and communicate its progress to both the team and management. You lead through inclusion, not by title, and build a culture where the team has genuine ownership of their work. A background in agile growth companies and experience in international operating environments are clear advantages.
