Nightingale Health is combining the power of an in-house developed, advanced blood analysis technology with unprecedented access to global health repositories and world-leading medical research. With this, Nightingale goes beyond the traditional healthcare and well-being tools to help prevent future diseases and maximize healthy years. 

We are looking for an independent and target-driven Executive Sales (Research) to join the HQ team selling our in-house developed blood analysis service to our new and existing customers in medical research. 

We have been serving medical research universities and institutions for eight years and have a solid customer reference base for our end-to-end service. From this starting point, your task would be to accelerate the global scaling of our sales.

The position is full-time and located in our Helsinki office. Our customer base is global, and we expect you to be ready to travel. 

Here are the challenges we have for you: 

  • Prospecting for new research sales deals: searching existing customer database, meeting potential customers at conferences and road shows, desk research to find plausible prospects, and work on ways to get a meeting. 
  • Building and pursuing sales cases: from validated prospects (above), get a meeting with the customer, and determine what they want and how our solution can help. Understand the three key components of every deal: samples, scientific question, and money. 
  • Closing deals: effectively bringing cases to completion.
  • Be a part of developing the sales processes. 
  • Handover & follow-up: handover to legal and delivery closed deals. 

You are our perfect match if you … 

  • Have sales background with proven accomplishments, and experience selling technical/complex products, ideally services to medical researchers internationally. 
  • Have a ”hunter” mentality: focus on finding new deals and closing them, not just maintaining existing client relationships. 
  • Are numbers-oriented: driven by measurable and achievable goals and willing to put in the effort to measure and improve. 
  • Like to think outside of the box and do what it takes to reach and exceed goals. 
  • Have excellent social, people and communication skills. 
  • Are an ambitious person with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves to sell. 
  • Excellent English both verbally and written is required.
