To drive our ESG strategy we are looking for a motivated person
ESG Manager
In this new position you are responsible for managing and coordinating the ESG development, information sharing and communications for Raute Group. You have ownership of the new ESG strategy that is directly tied to the business strategies and goals. You also develop and execute of corporate sustainability initiatives and strategies / ESG-roadmap, an overall program management and change management strategy related to business initiatives/processes for the ESG area.
Your minimum educational background is a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Environmental Economics, Science, Engineering, Communications or any equivalent.
You will succeed when you to have minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sustainability area and knowledge and experience in global environmental standards and frameworks: such as UNSDG, CSRD, GRI, EU Taxonomy and others. You also have experience in designing and executing an ESG program and Project management experience with attention to detail, adaptability and a sense of urgency. In the position, you also need outstanding written and verbal communication skills (Finnish + English) as well as networking skills.
