We are looking for a
SALES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
to take on a crucial role in driving growth by supporting the success of solution sales for leading private companies, especially Finnish ones, with a focus on boosting shareholder value through incentive systems.
In this role:
- You will contact and attract private Finnish companies through multiple channels to Allshares’ expertise in incentive systems and SaaS services.
- You will identify the most relevant elements in the target companies from the perspective of Allshares’ offering, book meetings and demos to convince the companies.
- You smoothly advance the sales process, particularly involving experts to bring significant added value to potential customers
- You will build a strong foundation for new sales within the target group of private companies as part of a pan-Nordic team.
- You will be an independent and proactive sales professional, familiar with the sales process from lead generation to closing deals and eager to develop further.
You have:
- B2B Sales Development Rep/Business Development Rep experience, especially in SaaS or technology products. Experience in closing deals is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sales methodologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Motivation and passion for achieving results and exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for the field of corporate incentives and developing a culture of ownership.
- A genuine interest in various companies, regardless of industry, size, or stage.
- A strong desire to succeed at the intersection of the financial world and technology.
- Credibility to engage in value-adding dialogue with senior management and boards of companies.
- Fluent language skills to work in Finnish and English, Swedish is considered beneficial.
- A desire and motivation to develop your skills and build a career in demanding B2B sales within a fast-growing company
