We are now looking for a hands-on, commercially minded CEO to lead Ainesmestarit Oy into its next growth phase. This is a unique opportunity to build on a strong foundation, accelerate commercial development, and further professionalize a company that is ready for scale up. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and develop the company towards efficiency, professionalism, and scalable growth.
- Build clear structures, processes, reporting practices, and data-driven ways of working.
- Drive sales performance, strengthen key customer relationships, and support new business development.
- Leverage recent investments (ERP, machinery, infrastructure) to improve operational flow and capacity.
- Identify realistic growth opportunities and develop concrete action plans and segmentation.
- Improve margins, operational efficiency, and overall cash flow.
- Strengthen internal communication, team collaboration, and leadership culture.
- Work closely with the international ownership network to refine strategy and implement best practices.
YOUR PROFILE
Required Background & Experience
- Proven industry experience in labeling, packaging, or closely related manufacturing.
- Strong commercial and sales-driven leadership experience.
- Demonstrated ability to structure, professionalize, and scale operations.
- Experience leading production-oriented organizations (ERP, processes, workflows).
- Solid financial and business management skills.
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in industrial environments.
Skills & Personal Qualities
- Charismatic, trustworthy and clear communicator.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales orientation.
- Structured, process-oriented and capable of driving efficiency.
- Calm, steady and supportive leader during organizational change.

- Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
