Liana has approximately 3,500 customers and revenue of approximately EUR 18 million (2025). The company employs more than 150 marketing professionals across seven offices in Oulu, Helsinki, Stockholm, Paris, Munich, Hong Kong and Dubai. Founded in 2005 under the name Koodiviidakko, the company is now part of Ilkka Group’s Data and Technology business area and works in close cooperation with the Group’s Professional Services business area.
The company is entering the next phase of its strategy, focused on accelerating international expansion, strengthening the scalability of its commercial operating model, and sharpening product and technology focus in selected priority markets.
As the current CEO transitions to new responsibilities within the Group, we are now seeking a new Chief Executive Officer for Liana Technologies to lead this growth phase and strengthen Liana’s position in Sweden and other selected markets.
As CEO, you will hold full business responsibility and lead the execution of the company’s strategy. You will provide clear leadership to the organization, evolve the commercial model to support scalable growth, and ensure that product and technology development is tightly aligned with strategic market priorities. You will also collaborate closely within the Group and ensure that the company consistently delivers on its financial and operational targets.
Key areas of responsibility include
Leading international growth and a scalable SaaS business: strengthening existing markets, opening new ones, and taking ownership of the overall growth strategy.
Commercial leadership of the business and ensuring profitable growth together with the entire team.
Ensuring market-driven product and technology development and providing direction for the product strategy, as well as systematic performance leadership.
What we expect from you
You have a strong track record in leading SaaS businesses and driving international growth. You understand B2B sales and the development of go-to-market models, and you are capable of leading a multinational team across growth stages. You understand the logic of a product- and technology-driven business and can strategically focus development efforts. Experience in the martech industry is considered an advantage.
As a leader, you are a determined and analytical decision-maker who communicates in a way that provides direction and inspires the organization. We also value your ability to lead change by building scalable structures while reinforcing culture.
Success in this role requires that you quickly gain a comprehensive understanding of the business, assess the current growth structures, and drive forward a concrete plan to accelerate international growth. Key focus areas include the effectiveness of a scalable sales and marketing model, clarity of product development focus, and improving retention and predictable growth metrics across the customer journey.
