We are now looking for an experienced business leader to take overall responsibility for Cluster Finland.
In this executive role, you will have full P&L responsibility for HANZA’s Finnish operations, comprising approximately 780 employees across eight manufacturing sites. Reporting directly to the Head of Region East and serving as a member of the Regional Leadership Team, you will lead the Cluster Leadership Team and play a central role in shaping HANZA’s continued growth in Finland.
Your mission is to transform strategy into measurable business results. You will strengthen collaboration across the cluster, improve operational and financial performance, develop common ways of working and ensure excellent customer experience across all sites.

Your key responsibilities
As Head of Cluster Finland, you will:
- Lead the Finnish Cluster with full business and P&L responsibility
- Translate HANZA Group and Region East strategy into clear priorities and operational execution
- Lead and develop the Cluster Leadership Team
- Drive profitable growth, operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Strengthen cooperation, standardisation and best-practice sharing across all manufacturing sites
- Ensure outstanding performance in safety, quality, delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop strategic customer relationships together with Business Development and local site management
- Build a high-performing leadership culture based on accountability, collaboration and disciplined execution
To succeed in this role, you…
have successfully led complex industrial manufacturing businesses and know how to combine strategic leadership with operational excellence.
You understand what drives profitability in manufacturing and know how to translate ambitious business targets into daily execution.
Fluency in both Finnish and English is essential, as the role requires daily interaction with employees, customers and stakeholders in Finland as well as within HANZA’s international organisation.
Ideally, you bring:
- Extensive general management experience with full P&L responsibility
- A successful track record of leading several manufacturing sites, business units or similarly complex industrial organisations
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality, productivity, supply chain and cost drivers
- Proven ability to improve operational and financial performance while delivering sustainable business results
- Experience stabilising or transforming underperforming operations
- The ability to build strong leadership teams and create a culture of accountability, ownership and collaboration
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships and leading demanding business situations at executive level
- A Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering or another relevant technical discipline
